Baby and Primary Ballet & Tap

Fame School of the Arts is now offering Baby and Primary Ballet and Tap lessons. These will take place each Saturday afternoon, starting on Saturday 7th January 2012 and will be held in our newly refurbished dance studio.

Fame Present Billy Elliot – The Musical

Fame School of the Arts has the pleasure of producing, in conjunction with Billy Youth Theatre, Billy Elliot the Musical!

We have been running auditions across the county to find the cream of Lancashire’s Talent and we have done it!  We have an amazing cast and a fantastic, award-winning Creative Team!

Well a successful day all in all for the GRAND OPENING of Fame School of the Arts!

Our first day went with a bang and we our new students were brilliant! We would love to thank all our new students and their families for coming to our school. A special thanks to our wondreful teachers, Nathan, Vicci and Kelly you were all amazing, Thankyou very much!

Saturday 6th November they Competed in the Category Finals of the BBC Choir of the Year competition at the Birmingham Symphony Hall.

THEY WON!!!

That means, According to the BBC Judges, they are the UK’s best Adult Choir.

We wish them all the very best at the Grand Final on November 24th.

The Category Finals will be broadcast (in highlight format) on BBC Radio 3 on Sunday 14th and 21st at 18:30.
The Grand Final will be broadcast on the BBC FOUR on Sunday 28th November.

LANCASHIRE’S biggest community arts festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month! Just to let you know we will all be in St Georges shopping centre in Preston from around 10:00 am.
